We are delighted to announce that all the Art & Design and Photography learners and staff who entered the Bolton Museum Open Art had their work accepted. The competition had nearly 200 entries with the best 96 chosen to go on display.
All our learners who entered, along with their families, attended the launch event and Private View before Christmas. It was an exciting start for the show with the Mayor of Bolton officially opening the exhibition alongside a number of other dignitaries. Our students’ work looked fantastic next to the wide range of art from creatives from across Bolton.
The exhibition runs until February 23, 2023. During that time, visitors can vote for their favourite and the winner will receive the ‘Visitors Choice Award’ before the closure of the display. Hopefully, even more B6 staff and students will visit the show, so they can see the great work and support our talented students and staff.
