Empowering Young Women to Lead with Confidence

This programme was created to break down barriers for future female leaders, ensuring they are equipped with the skills, confidence, and insight to forge their own successful paths.

We recognise that women entering the workplace may face unique challenges—particularly in leadership spaces that have historically been male-dominated. Women into Leadership aims to prepare and empower students to challenge these norms and thrive in any professional environment.

Key Skills Developed Include:

• Confidence

• Public Speaking

• Networking

• Effective Communication

• Organisation

• Health & Wellbeing

Throughout the year, students will take part in inspiring talks, interactive workshops, and enriching trips - each designed to build leadership capacity and prepare them for ambitious and meaningful futures.

Building The Next Generation of Capable, Confident Male Leaders

The Momentum Programme is designed to give male students the tools, mindset, and motivation to step into leadership with purpose and responsibility.

While men continue to be well represented in leadership roles, socio-economic background can often be a barrier to accessing these opportunities. This programme seeks to level the playing field—developing professional skills, encouraging self-belief, and nurturing career-ready young men who lead with empathy, strength, and integrity.

Key Skills Developed Include:

• Empathy & Listening

• Public Speaking

• Networking

• Allyship

• Organisation

• Health & Wellbeing

As with Women into Leadership, the programme includes a series of talks, workshops and trips throughout the year, offering a hands-on experience to develop leadership excellence and prepare students for their next steps

“Being a part of the Momentum Leadership Programme has helped massively in different parts of my life. As a young lad growing up in this generation, there is a lot of pressure on my shoulders but the Prosper Programme has created a place for me to talk to people and get an idea of other people’s experiences as well as learning and gaining a lot of key skills such as public speaking. I really enjoyed meeting Sky Sports presenter Kyle Walker and nutritionist, Phil Pukiello, as it was eye opening and gave me a few insights into various different lifestyle, as well as giving me tips and inspiration on how to better myself as a young man.”
